Fixed-Scope Pricing

We quote projects based on a defined scope. We don't do hourly billing for project work — you know the cost before we start. If scope changes during a project, we quote the change separately before doing the work. No surprise invoices.

We Own Our Mistakes

If we make an error that creates rework or causes an issue, we fix it at our expense. We don't bill for time spent correcting our own mistakes, and we don't minimize or hide problems when they occur.

Honest Technology Recommendations

We recommend what's right for your project, not what's most profitable for us to build. If a simpler solution serves your needs better than a custom build, we'll tell you. If you don't need something, we won't sell it to you.

Clear Contracts

Our agreements are written in plain language. What you're paying for, when you're paying, what happens if either party needs to end the relationship, what we own and what you own — all stated clearly without legalese designed to obscure.

Data Ownership

Everything we build for you belongs to you. Your domain, your code, your content, your data — we never hold these hostage. If you move to another provider, we'll help you do it smoothly and hand over everything you need.

Upfront About Limitations

We're a small team, not a 200-person agency. We have focused expertise and won't take on projects we can't deliver well. If something is outside our wheelhouse, we'll tell you and refer you to someone better suited.
